My book on Overcoming Agoraphobia is released on Thursday 21 August. You can order at Amazon.co.uk and through Sheldon Press directly.
This book represents a milestone in my own battle in overcoming agoraphobia. It is an amazing feeling to know that you have overcome this debilitating condition and are now in the position to help other people on their own paths to recovery.
I will be taking part in publicity over the coming weeks to promote the book, I will be posting all the details on the Press and Media page.

wooow, this book is great - it was like reading about myself. As I am still a suffer it contains some usual information and techniques which I am currently trying out. This book is a must read for anyone who suffers or would like to know more about the condition. I have now passed this on to family members in the hope that they may understand and have more patience with regards to the condition.

I have been suffering from agoraphobia for over 26 years at its worst I was unable to go out beyond a ten mile radius from the house alone. I can now travel up to 200 miles away from the house so as long as I am driving and my husband is with me. I am unable to travel on public transport and still unable to stay overnight without anxiety symptoms. I have see various pyschologists and tried CBH treatments over the years which have helped up to a point then I have set backs which I feel back to square one. Have you any suggestions or know of any people with similar condition.
Many thanks.
